Post Adoption Support Services

For generations adoption agencies have focused on placing children into families with little attention to post adoption services. I am curious to know if members of this community- adoptees, birth parents or adoptive parents have gone back to their original placement agencies for post adoption support, treatment or education. What has that experince been like?
