My birth sons parents were with us when I gave birth his ”father” cut the cord and his ” mother was the first to hold him, I was second. I regret that I didnt spent as much time with him as I had originally planned ( I wanted one day for him to be ”mine”) but I fell in love with his parents and was terrified of hurting them in any way. its the only regret Ill only have. I have two older children they were 2.5 and just about 5 and they got to meet their brother not as their brother at the time but now they know who he is and my son has seen his little brother once and we look forward to more meeting in the future when the time is right.
