This long-term research project is the first of its kind to look at open adoption and its impact on birth families, adoptive families and adoptees. Led by researchers Harry Grotevant PhD of the University of Minnesota and Ruth McRoy PhD of the University of Texas at Austin, the findings will be of interest to anyone exploring open adoption.
