Bill Betzen created this site to give prospective and current adoptive parents, expectant parents, first parents and adoptees an understanding of open adoption as well as the importance of and details about finding an ethical adoption agency. He also includes an archive of "Things I Wish My Adoptive Parents Knew" pulled from an email list for adoptees.
