When you create an account here you can set up notifications to get emailed when certain types of content are posted. If you're getting tired of these emails you can turn off the notifications. Here's how:

1. Go to "my account" in the left menu under your name.
2. Choose "edit".
3. Scroll down to "organic group settings" and click it.
4. You will see three options. The first is "no notifications", the second is "always notifications" and the last is for notifications for posts that were tagged for your interests.
5. Choose whichever best suits you.

If you're not using notifications you can always subscribe to the rss feeds for content that most interests you.
