This website shows step-by-step instructions on how to locate your birth family.  There are free self-generating legal forms that you only have to fill-in-the-blanks information and your completed form will be there for you to print out and send to the proper court, adoption agency, and/or vital records department.

The website comes complete with search tips, blog on rejection, video for Open Adoption Records accompanying song written by a birth mother to the daughter she relinquished called "Child I Cannot Claim" and more.
